G.A.L. SERRE VIBONESI
Il G.A.L Serre Vibonesi è una società cooperativa a responsabilità limitata senza scopo di lucro, composta da soggetti pubblici e privati, che raggruppa i comuni che si trovano ubicati nell’area delle Serre. Quasi tutti i paesi del territorio presentano caratteristiche naturali che esaltano la bellezza originaria di questi luoghi. L’area, oltre a vantare una storia millenaria che ha lasciato cospicue traccie in importanti siti archeologici e strutture architettoniche, conserva ancora un’identità culturale che mantiene vivo il ricordo della sua origine e delle sue tradizioni. L’agricoltura, il settore zootecnico, quello boschivo costituiscono le più importanti risorse economiche, cui si accompagna una produzione industriale in via di progressiva diversificazione e miglioramento e soprattutto un turismo che qui trova motivi concreti di svago intelligente. I riti che accompagnano le fasi più importanti della lavorazione dei prodotti si tramandano ancora oggi da una generazione all’altra con grande scrupolosità e conservandone gelosamente i segreti. I numerosi eventi popolari, come le sagre, le fiere, le feste invitano alla conservazione e al recupero di una storia della cultura popolare che è venuta formandosi nel corso dei secoli attraverso la mescolanza con varie altre culture, e di cui la gastronomia ne è uno degli aspetti principali.

Il
GAL Serre Vibonesi si occupa di promozione e sostegno allo sviluppo e
all’occupazione dell’area rurale in cui opera. La sua attività
è volta a: realizzare obiettivi e programmi di sviluppo comunitari,
nazionali, provinciali e locali; animazione dello sviluppo rurale, formazione
professionale ed aiuti all’occupazione, sviluppare il turismo, l’agriturismo
e il turismo rurale, fornire sostegno delle piccole imprese, all’artigianato
ed ai servizi zonali, promuovere la valorizzazione e la commercializzazione
dei prodotti agricoli ed artigianali locali, promuovere e realizzare collegamenti
informatici e telematici all’interno dell’area di intervento
specifica e con l’esterno, fornire consulenze e ricerche in campo
socio-economico, ambientale e indagini conoscitive di carattere generale,
promuovere e realizzare studi e indagini per la migliore valorizzazione
ed utilizzazione delle risorse ambientali e territoriali, redigere e realizzare
studi e progetti di fattibilità e sviluppo.
Il G.A.L. si occupa inoltre di servizi, terziario avanzato, marketing,
pubblicità, informazione, comunicazione, informatica, banche dati,
nuove tecnologie ed innovazione tecnologica, energia, impatto ambientale,
approntamento di materiali didattici, ricerche bibliografiche per convegni
e seminari, attività di collaborazione coordinata e continuativa
con riviste, periodici, case editrici ed altri mezzi di comunicazione.
La società può compiere tutte le operazioni mobiliari, immobiliari
e finanziarie connesse funzionalmente e finalizzate alla realizzazione
diretta o indiretta dello scopo sociale, comprese la concessione di ipoteche,
fidejussioni, avalli, e garanzie in genere.
L’attività della società può essere realizzata
sia in forma diretta che in collaborazione con le Amministrazioni pubbliche,
e può infine partecipare ad altre imprese o società aventi
oggetto affine o connesso al proprio. Coinvolgendo un insieme di soggetti
sia pubblici che privati, il G.A.L. Serre Vibonesi si qualifica come partenariato
locale. Agisce nella prospettiva di realizzare una vera Agenzia per lo
sviluppo delle aree rurali, e in quest’ottica incentiva rapporti
di collaborazione con altri soggetti pubblici e privati: quali ad esempio
quelli, basati su tematiche specifiche, con il CO.GAL Monte Poro e l’Amministrazione
Provinciale. Il GAL Serre Vibonesi è partner nell’ambito
del progetto "Rete di cooperazione transnazionale per lo sviluppo
del turismo rurale", finalizzato, attraverso lo scambio di metodologie
delle aree territoriali europee che presentano analoghe situazioni dal
punto di vista economico, sociale e della configurazione fisica del territorio,
alla realizzazione di alcune attività che dovranno produrre lo
sviluppo delle imprese operanti nei territori di tutti i partners, e l’aumento
delle presenze di utenti del turismo rurale nelle aree interessate dal
progetto.

The
G.A.L. Vibonesi Serre is a co-operative society with limited liability
non - profit- making association composed by public and private individuals,
that encloses the commune located in the Serre area. Almost all countries
of the territory present natural characteristics exalting their beauty.
The area, over to have a millennial history which left conspicuous traces
in important archaeological places and architectural structures, keeps
still a cultural identicalness maintaining vivid the memories of its origin
and of its tradition.
The agriculture, the zootechnic sector, and the woodland too constitute
the most important economic resources, united to an industrial production
in a progressive diversification way and improvement and above all a tourism
that meets here concrete reasons of intelligent amusement. The rites which
accompany the important phases during the products’ elaboration
transmit still today from a generation to another with great scrupulousness,
keeping the secrets jealously. The numerous popular events, as festivals,
fairs, holidays invite to keep and to reclamation of an history of popular
culture forming during the centuries through the union with other culture,
whose gastronomy is one of the principal aspect.

The
GAL Vibonesi Serre occupies of promotion and support to the development
and to the occupation of the rural area where works. Its activity is directed
to realize objective and program of community- development, national,
provincial and local; rural development animation, professional training
and helps to the occupation, develop the tourism, farm holiday, and rural
tourism, to supply support to the little companies, to the artisanship
and to the area services, to promote the exploitation and marketing of
agricultural products and artisanship, to promote and to realize information
and telematics connexions inside the area of specific intervention and
with the external, to give social-economic and environmental consultation
and investigation and cognitive (investigations) of general character,
to promote and to realize studies and investigations to the best exploitation
and use of environmental and territorial resources, to draw up and to
realize studies and projects of practicability and development.
The G.A.L. occupies of services, advanced tertiary, marketing, publicity,
information, communication, informatic, data processing, new technologies,
energy, environmental impact, readiness of didactic material, bibliographic
investigations for meetings and seminaries, activity of co-ordinate and
continuative collaboration with magazines, periodic, publishers and other
communication means. The society can effect all immovable and financial
operations connected functionally and oriented to the direct or indirect
realization of the social purpose, included the concession of mortgages,
fidejussion, guarantees, and in general too. The society activity can
be realized both in a direct form and with the collaboration of Public
Administration, and it can participate in other companies or similar societies
or connected itself.
Involving a complex of subjects both public and private, the G.A.L. Vibonesi
Serre defines itself as local cooperation. It acts to realize a regular
development agency of rural areas, and in this way favours collaboration
relationship with other public or private subjects: for example those
based on specific themes, with CO.GAL Monte Poro and Provincial Administration.
The GAL Vibonesi Serre is the partner in the project "Co-operation
transnational net for rural tourism development", directed, through
the exchange of methodologies of the European territorial areas that present
analogous situations by the economic, social and of the physics territorial
configuration point of view, to the realization of some activities able
to produce the development of the companies acting in the territories
of all partners, and the increase of the users presence of rural tourism
in the interested area by the project.

L’association
"GAL Serre Vibonesi" est une société coopérative
à responsabilité limitée, sans but lucratif, composée
par des associés publics et privés et réunit des
bourgades situées le long des Serre. Cette zone présente
un singulier cadre naturel et loue une histoire millénaire, qu’on
peut retrouver dans les traces d’importants sites archéologiques
et des structures architectoniques; d’autre part elle garde une
identité culturelle visée au respect pour ses origines et
à la sauvegarde de ses traditions. L’agriculture, le secteur
zootechnique et l’exploitation des bois représentent ses
importantes ressources économiques, soutenues par la production
industrielle qui est en train de se développer et de se diversifier
et surtout par le tourisme qui trouve ici un plaisir intelligent. On transmet
les rituels qui marquent le travail de ses produits de génération
en génération et on essaie d’en garder la précision
et le secret. Les nombreux événements populaires comme les
kermesses, les foires, les fêtes invitent à la sauvegarde
d’une histoire de la culture populaire qui s’est formée
grâce à la rencontre de différentes cultures et de
différentes gastronomies. Les membres sociaux qui constituent l’association
sont: l’Assemblée des associés, le Conseil d’Administration,
le Président et le Collège Syndacal. Les associés
qui participent à l’élaboration et à l’achèvement

L’association
"GAL Serre Vibonesi" s’occupe de la promotion et du support
au développement et à l’occupation de la zone rurale
où elle agit. Son activité est visée à la
réalisation d’objectifs et de plans de développement
communautaires, nationales, provinciales et locaux, comme l’animation
du développement rural, la formation professionnelle et les supports
à l’occupation, l’épanouissement du tourisme
vert et du tourisme rural, le support donné aux petites entreprises,
à l’artisanat et aux différents services, la valorisation
et la commercialisation des produits agricoles, la réalisation
de branchements d’intervention grâce au réseau Internet,
de consulations et de recherches socio-économiques, environnementales
et des enquêtes plus générales pour la meilleure valorisation
des ressources du territoire.
La G.A.L. s’occupe des services offerts par le secteur tertiaire,
des promotions d’achat et de vente, des campagnes publicitaires
utilisant plusieurs médias, banques de données et possibilités
technologiques; elle vise à l’exploitation de l’enérgie
et du territoire et même à la réalisation de matériaux
didactiques et de recherches bibliographiques pour congrès et séminaires
ou à la collaboration avec des revues, des périodiques et
des maisons d’édition. L’association peut achever toutes
les opérations mobilières, immobilières et financiaires,
visées à la réalisation directe ou indirecte de l’objectif
social, comme la concession d’hypothèques et de crédits.
Son activité peut se réaliser directement ou par la collaboration
avec les Administrations publiques, d’ailleurs elle peut participer
aux entreprises ou aux sociétés qui visent au même
but.
Elle affirme sa valeur de partenariat local et agit pour la réalisation
d’une Entreprise qui se propose le développement des zones
rurales; à cet égard elle maintient sa collaboration avec
des éléments publics et privés, comme le "CoGal
Monte Poro" et l’Administration Provinciale. La "Gal Serre
Vibonesi" est associée au "Réseau de coopération
transnationale pour le développement du tourisme rural", un
projet qui, grâce à l’interaction des méthologies
européennes, a pour but la réalisation d’activités
visées au développement d’entreprises et à
l’épanouissement du tourisme rural tout au long des zones
intéressées.

Das Gebiet darf sich einer tausendjährigen Geschichte rühmen, die bemerkenswerten Spuren in wichtigen Ausgrabungsstätte und architektonischer Strukturen gelassen hat. Das Gebiet bewahrt auch eine kulturelle Gleichheit auf, die die lebendige Erinnerung ihrer Ursprüngen und ihrer Überlieferungen erhaltet. Die Landwirtschaft, der zoologische und waldige Sektor stellen die wichstigen wirtschaftlichen Reichtümer dar. Außerdem kam noch eine Industrielle Produktion in progressiver Diversifizierung und Verbesserung und einen Tourismus hinzu, der Konkrete Motive vom intelligenter Entspannung findet.
Die Riten, die die wichtigsten Phasen der Arbeitqualität von dem Produkten begleiten, werden noch Heute, vom Vater auf den Sohn mit großer Gewissenhaftigkeit und streng vertraulich überliefert. Die zahlreiche populären Ereignisse wie die Festen, die Jahrmärkte und die Feiern laden zur Erhaltung ein und Wiedererlangung einer Geschichte der Volkskultur, die im Laufe der Jahrhunderte durch die Mischung verschiedene Kulturen entwickelt ist, deren die Gastronomie den hauptsächlichen Aspekt ist.

Die soziale Zwecke
der Genossenschaft sind die Absatzförderung für die Entwicklung
in den bäuerliche Gebiete. Sehr wichtig sind auch die Tätigkeiten,
um die Ziele und die Programmen der europäischen, nationalen, provinzialen
und lokalen Entwicklung, die Triebkraft der ländlichen Entwicklung,
die berufliche Bildung, die Hilfe der Besetzung im Tourismus, die Hilfe
den kleinen Betrieben, dem Handwerk und den Bedienungen, die Verwertung
und die Vermarktung der landwirtschaftlichen und handwerklichen Produkte,
die Beförderung und die Realisierung vor Informatik, die sozial und
Wirtschaftsberatungen und Forschungen, die Erkenntnisforschung und ihre
Förderung und Realisierung zu realisieren. Man will all das, um die
Umwelt zu verwerten und zu benutzen, und die Pläne der Entwicklung
zu realisieren. Co.Gal. beschäftigt sich außerdem mit Bedienungen,
Tertiär, Marketing, Werbung, Mitteilung, Informatik, Datenbank, mit
einer neuen Technologie, einer technologischen Innovation, Energie, Umweltaufschlag,
mit der Bereitung von den bibliographischen und didaktischen Materiale
für Treffpunkte und Seminare. Die Genossenschaft kann auch, in einer
dauerhaften Weise, mit Zeitungen, Zeitschriften, Verlagshäusern und
anderen Beförderungsmitteln mitarbeiten.
Die Genossenschaft kann Mobiliar und Finanzgeschäfte verrichten auf
die direkte und indirekte Verwirklichung des soziales Zweck ausgerichtet,
wie die Gewährung von Hypothek, Bürgschaften und allgemeine
Garantien.
Die Tätigkeit der Genossenschaft kann sich sowohl in der direkten
Form als in Mitarbeit mit der öffentlichen Verwaltung verwirklichen.
Sie kann sich an anderen Betriebe oder Genossenschaften beteiligen, die
der selbe Zweck haben. Mit der Verwikklung von öffentlichen und privaten
Menschen, wird der G.A.L. Serre Vibonesi als eine Agentur für die
Entwicklung des ländlichen Gebiet erklärt und regt Mitarbeitverbindungen
mit anderen öffentlichen und privaten Menschen an: wie die, zum Beispiel,
auf spezifische Thematiken gründen, mit CO.GAL Monte Poro und die
provinziale Administration. Der G.A.L. Serre Vibonesi ist Partner in dem
Projekt "transnationale Kooperation für die Entwicklung des
ländlichen Tourismus", zweckorientiert, durch der Austausch
von Methodologie des europäischen Gebiet mit gleichenartigen, sozialen,
territorialen und Finanzlagen, nach die Realisierung von Tätigkeiten
für die Entwicklung der Betriebe, die in der Länder der Partner
wirken und die Vermehrung von Benutzer des ländlichen Tourismus in
dem Gebiet des Projekt.
