Il G.A.L. Serre Vibonesi è titolare del progetto Leader II finalizzato alla promozione e allo sviluppo delle aree rurali, che rientra nel Piano Azioni Locali della Regione Calabria approvato con delibera della Giunta Regionale n. 8933 pubblicata sul Bollettino Ufficiale Regionale n. 4 del 21/01/97. Attraverso il progetto Life Ambiente il GAL Serre Vibonesi si propone di valutare l’impatto del turismo generato dalla prossima istituzione del Parco delle Serre e dell’area protetta del lago dell’Angitola, sull’ambiente sulle attività economiche e sulle popolazioni del territorio di riferimento prevedendo lo sviluppo con la sperimentazione di una metodologia di gestione ambientale rispettosa delle risorse del territorio in un’ottica di sviluppo sostenibile. Il Programma di Sviluppo del territorio del GAL Serre Vibonesi finanziato dal Ministero del Lavoro e M.O. è finalizzato all’incentivazione delle attività tradizionali che permettono l’attuazione di politiche di sviluppo compatibile, favorendo la valorizzazione, la conservazione e lo sviluppo della naturalità dell’immenso patrimonio boschivo delle Serre Calabre.

Il Programma offre una serie di possibilità di miglioramento dell’offerta turistica nei 10 Comuni della Comunità Montana delle Serre, e avvia concretamente una prima integrazione tra fascia costiera e montana, dando maggiore impulso al costituendo Parco Regionale delle Serre Calabre e segnando l’inizio di una nuova fase di tutela e valorizzazione dei beni ambientali e culturali. Nell’ambito dell’iniziativa P.R.U.S.S.T., promossa dall’Amministrazione Provinciale di Vibo Valentia, il GAL Serre Vibonesi è stato proponente dei seguenti progetti: A - Il ciclo del legno: distretto produttivo e distretto manifatturiero. Tale progetto si inquadra tra gli interventi volti a realizzare azioni di sviluppo fondate sulla valorizzazione delle risorse locali, sul recupero a fini produttivi di sistemi naturali degradati o incolti, sull’integrazione della filiera produttiva con nuove opportunità produttive e occupazionali di tipo artigianale e industriale. L’intervento comprende il recupero dei terreni marginali e incolti e della superficie boscata di proprietà pubblica ad attività di forestazione produttiva (distretto produttivo) e la riqualificazione delle aree specializzate nella lavorazione del legno e integrazione della filiera produttiva. B - Oasi parco naturale delle Serre. Il progetto è finalizzato alla valorizzazione dell’insieme delle risorse ambientali presenti sul territorio secondo una visione dello sviluppo che prefigura una gestione dell’intero territorio inteso come area protetta. Lo strumento più adeguato risulta l’istituzione del Parco Regionale delle Serre Calabre per il quale sono state da tempo avviate le procedure per il definitivo decollo di uno strumento da tempo istituito sulla carta. L’intero territorio della Comunità Montana delle Serre risulta interessato da questo intervento. All’interno di essa si vengono a configurare due grosse tipologie di interventi: aree prevalentemente interessate da interventi di tutela e conservazione, e aree prevalentemente interessate da interventi di valorizzazione.
Il Co.GAL Monte Poro ha prodotto e presentato a varie amministrazioni pubbliche i progetti di cui è sostenitore, nell’ambito dello sviluppo e della riqualificazione dei prodotti locali. Il Progetto URBAL, che è un’iniziativa della Commissione Europea avente per oggetto le relazioni esterne col Mediterraneo del Sud, Medio e Vicino Oriente, America Latina, Asia del Sud e del Sud-Est e Cooperazione Nord-Sud. L’obiettivo del progetto è di identificare e diffondere pratiche relative al recupero e alla conservazione del patrimonio architettonico-rurale in generale e della cultura dell’olivo in particolare, e inoltre creare una struttura operativa di interscambio e cooperazione permanente attraverso i centri di "Risorse dell’olivo" che si creeranno nell’ambito della realizzazione del progetto. Il progetto si propone di creare una struttura operativa di interscambio e di cooperazione permanente tra partners europei e America Latina.
Il Co.GAL Monte Poro è partner dell’iniziativa Asia-Urbs la quale prevede una cooperazione tra partners europei e le Filippine.
Il progetto si propone di accrescere la conoscenza reciproca tra le Filippine e due realtà territoriali dell’Unione Europea: nello specifico la Deputacion Provincial de Jaen e la Provincia di Vibo Valentia. La conoscenza reciproca e le informazioni di scambio di esperienze si propongono di confrontare il contesto socio-economico, culturale, nonchè la politica delle Amministrazioni Locali per promuovere lo sviluppo nel proprio territorio, e di stabilire politiche comuni considerando i settori chiave di ogni territorio. Il Co.GAL Monte Poro si è proposto quale soggetto attuatore del progetto " Parco letterario" il cui promotore è stato il Comune di Ricadi. Il Progetto "Centro per la Valorizzazione dell’Artigianato e della gastronomia locale Mare-Monti" si propone di intervenire al fine di realizzare Osservatori sulle attività artigianali e ricettive anche con la gastronomia locale; censire le attività artigianali; migliorare l’offerta turistica; supportare le attività artigianali con le attività legate a fiere permanenti con il relativo ritorno pubblicitario. Nell’ambito dell’iniziativa P.R.U.S.S.T. promossa dall’Amministrazione Provinciale di Vibo Valentia, il Co.GAL Monte Poro è stato proponente di progetti riguardanti l’area costiera e l’area interna. Progetto di valorizzazione di percorsi e risorse Storico-Culturali per lo sviluppo integrato fra aree rurali e fascia costiera. L’intervento prevede la realizzazione di percorsi e itinerari turistico culturali fondati sul recupero delle vie dei mulini e/o dei manufatti idraulici e storico-culturali che caratterizzano il paesaggio agrario del Monte Poro e dei suoi territori costieri. L’area di intervento comprende i comuni di Spilinga, Rombiolo, Limbadi e Nicotera. Progetto di riqualificazione e completamento delle aree per insediamenti produttivi del Monte Poro. L’intervento prevede la realizzazione e/o la riqualificazione degli insediamenti produttivi, previsti o parzialmente realizzati, in tre comuni della fascia collinare del Monte Poro: Drapia, Rombiolo e Spilinga.

The G.A.L. Vibonesi Serre is holder of the Leader II project for promoting and development of rural areas, that re-enters in the Activity Local Plan of Calabria region approved of deliberation of the Regional Council n. 8933 published on the Bollettino Ufficiale Regionale n 4 of 21 January of 1997. Through the Life Ambiente Project the GAL Vibonesi Serre proposes to consider the impact of the tourism generated by the next foundation of the Serre Park and of the Angitola Lake protected area, on the environment, on economic activities and on territorial population foreseeing the developing with the experimentation of an environmental management methodology respectful of the territory resources in a supportable develop picture. The Program of Develop in the GAL Vibonesi Serre territory financed by the Ministery of Work and M.O. is oriented to the incentive of traditional activities which permit the completion of compatible developing actions, by favouring the exploitation, the preservation and the developing of the naturalness of the great forests in the Calabre Serre. The Program offers some possibilities to improve the tourist offer in the 10 communes of the Serre Comunità Montana, and it directs concretely a first integration between coast zone and mountain, giving greater impulse to the constituting Regional Park of Calabre Serre and marking the beginning of a new defence phase and exploitation of environmental and cultural goods. In the initiative P.R.U.S.S.T., fostered by the Vibo Valentia Provincial Administration, the GAL Vibonesi Serre has proposed the following projects: A-The wood cycle: productive district and manufacturing district. Such project organizes between the interventions directed to realize developing actions founded on the exploitation of the local resources, on retrieval for the production of natural broken or uncultivated system, on the integration of the productive spinning machine with new occupational and productive artisan- and industrial opportunities. The intervention comprises the retrieval of the marginal and uncultivated earth and of woodland surface of public property with productive forest activity (productive district) and the qualification of the specialized areas in the wood work and integration of the productive spinning machine. B- Oasis Serre natural park. The project is oriented to the exploitation of all environmental resources on the territory according to a develop vision which encloses a management of the whole territory intended as protected area. The most adjusted instrument is the institution of the Calabre Serre Regional Park for whom the procedures for its definitive take-off of an instrument only on the paper has been started from time. The whole territory of the Comunità Montana of the Serre results interested by this intervention. Inside of this, two important intervention typologies take shape: interested areas by defence and preservation intervention, and interested areas by intervention of exploitation.
The Co.GAL. Monte Poro has produced and has presented to some public administration the projects whose is the supporter, in the development and qualification of local products. The URBAL project is an enterprise of the European Commission purposing the external relation with the Southern Mediterranean, the Middle and the Near East, Latin America, Southern Asia and of South-East and the Cooperation North- South. The objective of the project is to identify and to give out documents directed to the retrieval and preservation of the architectural -rural estate in general and of the olive culture particularly, and to create an operative structure of exchange and the permanent cooperation through the "Olive Resources" centre to form in the project realization. The project proposes to create an operative structure of exchange and of permanent cooperation between European partners and Philippines.
The project proposes to increase the reciprocal knowledge between Philippines and two territorial realities of European Union: particularly the Deputaciòn Provincial de Jaen and the province of Vibo Valentia. The reciprocal knowledge and the exchange information of experiences want to compare the social-economic, cultural context and the Local Administration politics to promote the development in own territory, and to establish common politics by considering the key sectors of each territory. The Co.GAL Monte Poro proposed itself as creator subject of the "Literary Park" project whose creator was the Commune of Ricadi. The project "Centre for the artisan exploitation and local gastronomy Mare-Monti" proposes own intervention to realize Observers of artisan -receptive activities with the local gastronomy too; to take a census of the artisan activities, to improve the tourist offer, to support the artisan activities with the activities connected with permanent fairs and their advertising comparison. In the initiative P.R.U.S.S.T. promoted by the Provincial Administration of Vibo Valentia, the Cò.GAL Monte Poro has been proposing of coast zone and internal zone projects.
Project of exploitation, of journeys and Historical-Cultural resources for the integrated developing between rural areas and coast zone. The intervention foresees the realization of tourist-cultural journeys and itineraries founded on the retrieval of the mills roads and/ or of the hydraulic - historic-cultural manufactured characterizing the Monte Poro agrarian landscape and of its coast territories.
The intervention area encloses Spilinga, Rombiolo, Limbadi and Nicotera. Requalification project and completion of the areas for productive installations of Monte Poro. The intervention foresees the realization and /or the requalification of productive installations, expected or partially realized, in three commune of the hilly zone of Monte Poro: Drapia, Rombiolo and Spilinga. Requalification of the tourist structures and agritourist of the "S.a.s. Agrotourist Monte Poro Capo Vaticano" of Miceli Vittorio and Marine Park project of Capo Vaticano.

La "G.A.L. Serre Vibonesi" a proposé le projet "Leader II", visé à la promotion et au développement des zones rurales, qui a été établi dans le Plan des Actions Locaux de la Région Calabre après la déliberation du Conseil Municipal n. 8933, publiée dans le Bulletin Officiel Régional n. 4 du 21/01/1997. Dans le projet Life Environnement la "GAL Serre Vibonesi" se propose d’évaluer la réaction du tourisme après la création du Parc des Serre et de la localité protégée du Lac Angitola, sur l’environnement, sur les activités économiques et sur la population du territoire. Le plan de Développement du territoire de la "GAL Serre Vibonesi", financié par le Ministère du Travail vise à la valorisation des activités traditionnelles et de développement de l’immense patrimoine naturel des Serre Calabraises.
Il propose de différentes possibilités pour l’offre touristique tout au long des 10 centres de la Communauté Montagneuse des Serre; il établit une intégration des zones du littoral et de montagne et la création du Parc Régional des Serre Calabraises, qui déterminent une nouvelle phase de sauvegarde du patrimoine culturel et de l’environnement. Dans l’initiative P.R.U.S.S.T., financiée par l’Administration Provinciale de Vibo Valentia, la "GAL Serre Vibonesi" a proposé ces projets: A - Le cycle du bois: secteur de production et de fabrication. Ce projet s’inscrit parmi les interventions de développement visées à la valorisation des ressources locales, à la culture des terres abandonnées, aux activités de foresterie (secteur de production), et à l’intégration du secteur productif. B - Oasis parc naturel des Serre. Le projet vise à la valorisation des ressources naturelles et à la sauvegarde du territoire, grâce surtout à la création du Parc Régional des Serre Calabraises; il intéresse les zones de la Communauté Montagneuse des Serre, au cours de deux types d’interventions, de sauvegarde et de valorisation.
La "Co.GAL Monte Poro" a présenté aux différentes administrations publiques ses projets de développement et de promotion des produits locaux. Le projet "URBAL", est une initiative de la Commission Européenne qui s’occupe des relations avec la Méditérrannée du Sud, le Moyen-Orient et le Proche-Orient, l’Amérique Latine, l’Asie du Sud et Sud-Est et la Coopération entre Nord et Sud. Ses objectifs sont la conservation du patrimoine architectonique et rural, la protection de la culture de l’huile, la structure opérative d’échange et de collaboration entre les centres des "Ressources de l’huile" et les partenaires européens, ou avec l’Amérique Latine. La "Co.GAL Monte Poro" est partenaire dans l’initiative Asie-Urbs, qui prévoit la coopération entre les pays européens et les Philippines, à propos de deux situations territoriales: la Deputacion Provincial de Jaen et la Province de Vibo Valentia. Cette collaboration prévoit l’analyse des conditions socio-économiques et culturelles et la révision de la politique des Administrations locales. La "Co.GAL Monte Poro" propose le projet "Parc littéraire", financié par la Mairie de Ricadi et le projet "Centre pour la Valorisation de l’Artisanat et de la gastronomie locale: Mare-Monti", visé à la valorisation des activités artisanales et de la gastronomie locale et à la promotion de l’offre touristique. Dans l’initiative P.R.U.S.S.T., financiée par l’Administration Provinciale de Vibo Valentia, la "Co.GAL Monte Poro" a proposé des projets pour la valorisation des parcours et des ressources Historiques-Culturels et pour le développement intégré des zones rurales et côtières. On a établit la réalisation de parcours et d’itinéraires touristiques culturels, le long des rues où l’on peut admirer les moulins et les installations hydrauliques, et historiques-culturels, tout au long du paysage agricole du Mont Poro et des villages côtiers. Ces interventions intéressent les centres de Spilinga, Rombiolo, Limbadi et Nicotera. Le projet d’achèvement des zones pour les établissements productifs, prévoit leur réalisation le long des collines du Mont Poro: Drapia, Rombiolo et Spilinga. Le projet de révision des structures touristiques de la "S.a.s. Agroturistica Monte Poro Capo Vaticano" de Miceli Vittorio et le projet Parc marin de Capo Vaticano.

G.a.l. Serre Vibonesi besitzt den Plan Leader 2°, der die bäuerliche Gebiete fördern und entwickeln usw. Er gehört dem Plan von der Kalabriens Tätigkeit mit dem Beschluß n° 8333, publiziert über das Bulletin n° 4 von 21/01/97. Durch den Plan "Life Ambiente" will G.a.l. Serre Vibonesi den Tourismus von der nächste Institution vom Serres Park und vom Gebiet des Serres See, über die Umwelt, über die Umweltschütz Tätigkeit und über die Bevölkerung des Gebietes schätzen. Er hofft auf die Entwicklung und der Durchführung einer neuen Methodologie vor Umweltschwangenschaft, die die Landesschätze achtet, um eine neue Entwicklung zu tragen.
Das Entwicklungsprogramm des Gebiet G.A.L. Serre Vibonesi, finanziert vom Arbeitsministerium, muss die traditionelle Tätigkeiten anregen, die die Entwicklungspolitik ausführen dürfen. Er muss außerdem die Verwertung, die Erhaltung und die Entwicklung von den Serreswäldern fördern. Das Programm bietet viele Möglichkeiten, den Tourismus in zehn Dörfer der Serresberge zu verbessern, und beginnt konkret eine Ergänzung zwischen deer Küste und den Bergen. Auf diese Weise bildet sich der Park der Serre Kalabriens und beginnt eine neue Phase der Wahrung und der Verwertung der umwelten und kulturellen Güter. In der Anregungskreis P.R.U.S.S.T., gefördert von der provinziale Verwaltung von Vibo Valentia, hat G.A.L. Serre Vibonesi die folgende Pläne vorgeschlagt: A - der Holzablauf: ein erzeugender und Verarbeitungskreis. Dieser Plan ist eine Beteiligung, die die Entwicklung realisieren muss, um die lokale Schätze zu verwerten, die erzeugenden Enden vor degradierten Natur wiederzulangen, die Produktion und neue handwerkliche industrielle Produktionen und Besetzungen zu ergänzen. Bedeutende sind die ländliche und ertappte Boden und das öffentliche Waldesgebiet, die in der produktiven Tätigkeit verändern werden; sie qualifizieren sich als Gebiete spezialisierte in den Holzverarbeitung und Ergänzung. B - der naturale Serrespark. Der Plan muss die UmweltSchätze verwerten, die im Gebiet liegen.
Dafür muss man eine Entwicklung aufzeichnen, in der das ganze Gebiet geschütz sein muss. Der angemesste Punkt ist die Einführung vom Lokal Park Kalabriens, für den, seit längerer Zeit, arbeitet man, um einen Punkt starten kann. Dieser Punkt betrifft das ganze Serresgebiet. Innerhalb der Gebirgsgemeinschaft gibt es zwei große Einmischungstypologien: einige Gebiete sind überwiegend geschützt und erhalten; andere sind überwiegend verwertet.
Co.Gal. hat an verschiedenen öffentlichen Verwaltungen die Pläne erzeugt und vorgezeigt, die er trägt, im Entwicklungs und UmstellungsKreis der lokalen Erzeugnisse. Der Plan URBAL ist eine Anregung des Europäischen Ausschuß, und hat zum Gegenstand die äußere Beziehnungen mit den Süddischen Mittelmeern, mit den Mittelostaaten und den Nahoststaaten, mit Lateinamerika, Süddischeasien und die Kooperation zwischen Norden-Süden. Der Plan muss einige Dokumente identifizieren und verbreiten, die die ländlichgute und die Künstschätze allgemein und die Ölbaumkultur besonders wiedererlangen und bewahren. Der Plan muss außerdem eine wirkende Struktur des Handelsaustausch und Mitarbeit zwischen Europa und Lateinamerika und durch die Mittelpunkte "Ölbaumreisenturm" schaffen, die in der Realisierung des Plans schaffen werden. Co.Gal. ist ein Mitglied der Asia-Urbs Anregung, die auf eine Mitarbeit zwischen Europa und Philippinen hofft. Der Plan will die gegenseitige Erkenntnisse zwischen den Philippinen und zwei Europäischen Staaten erhöhen: besonders la Deputaction Provincial de Jaen und die Provinz von Vibo Valentia. Die gegenseitige Erkenntnis und die Nachrichte der Erfahrungsaustausch wollen das Kulturelle, soziökomische Kontext, aber auch die Politik der lokalen Verwaltungen vergleichen, um die Entwicklung in seinem Gebiet fördern; sie wollen auch gemeine Politike aufnehmen.
Auf diese Weise müssen sie die wichtigsten Sektore jedenes Gebiet erwägen. Co.Gal. hat sich selbst als Subjekt vorgelegt, der den Plan "literarische Park" ausführt, dessen Werk und die lokale Kochkunst "Meer-Berge" einmischen will, um Beobachten über die handwerklichen und empfindlichen Tätigkeiten und die lokale Kochkunst zu realisieren, die die handwerklichen und empfindlichen zu zählen, das Touristische Angebot zu verbessern, und die handwerklichen Tätigkeiten und Werbunstätigkeiten zu trägen. Im Anregungskreis PRUSST, gefördert von der Provinz von Vibo Valentia, hat Co.Gal. einige Pläne betreffende das KunstenGebiet und das innerhalbe Gebiet vorgelegt. Dahin bemerkt man die Realisierung von Kulkturelle Fährte und Tours, gründet über Wiedererlangung der Mühestraßen und der Kulturellen historischen hydraulischen Manufakturware, die in Monte Poro und in der Nähe von diesem Berg liegen. Man soll an die Dörfer von Spilinga, Rombiolo, Limbadi und Nicotera teilnehmen. Das ist ein Plan, um die Gebiete zu qualifizieren und zu ergänzen, damit es einige erzeugende Einsetzungen vom Monte Poro gibt. Das hofft auf die Realisierung und die Umstellung der erzeugenden Einsetzungen, in drei Dörfer des Hugels vom Monte Poro (Drapia, Rombiolo und Spilinga) vorgesehen oder realisiert. Das ist ein Plan der Umstellung der touristischen Strukturen von "S.a.s. Agroturistica Monte Poro Capo Vaticano", die Miceli Vittorio gehört und ein Plan "Parco Marino" in Capo Vaticano.
