Questa iniziativa vuole costituire una rete fondata

di “favorire il diritto di cittadinanza del sapere, il suo riconoscimento,
la sua tutela e il suo sviluppo omogeneo all’interno dello spazio
europeo”.
The initiative will be founded upon concrete activity that allows the
meeting of experiences, competences and human and professional ability
tied by a strong engagement toward reciprocity and solidarity, “to
favour the right of knowledge for citizenship, its recognition, its tutelage
and its homogeneous development inside the European space.”
