- conoscere meglio la domanda ed agevolare l'accesso alle offerte di istruzione e di formazione;
- prevedere le risorse necessarie per la formazione continua;
- creare una cultura dell'apprendimento durante tutto l’arco della vita;
- ottimizzare la qualità dell'esperienza di apprendimento;
- favorire lo sviluppo del terziario e dei servizi connessi alla formazione;
- promuovere un’azione formativa che risponda alle esigenze imprenditoriali;
- incoraggiare la solidarietà sociale attraverso azioni che facilitino l’inserimento delle donne e degli emarginati all’interno del mondo del lavoro;
- valorizzare le esperienze degli anziani;
- realizzare convenzioni che permettano il riconoscimento del sapere tra le varie Regioni tramite il coinvolgimento attivo dei governi locali.
Project objective
- to know better the question and to facilitate the access at education and training offers
- to envisage the necessary resources for a constant training
- to create a methodology for the development of long-life learning culture
- to carry out good routines and optimise the quality of learning experience
- to prepare some protocols effected for the development of the tertiary and services for training
- to promote a formative modus that answers to the entrepreneurial and cultural demands of social development
- to realize a kind of training that encourages social solidarity putting in prominence the importance of the person
- to harness the experiences of senior citizens considered like a container of knowledge inside the formative and learning process
- to sign agreement protocols that allow the recognition of the formative knowledge, among the various Regions, through active involvement of local governments.
